Essential Oils for children sleeping better

Mabuhay! Here is a short video that shows a day care where they use color therapy and aromatherapy to keep little children happy. You can use thse Essential Oils to help children sleep : Citrus, Lavender, and Chamomile Roman. You could make your own blend, always using less rather than too much (so as not to get them over-acting). Ten drops of the essential oils-- single or blended-- in 2 tablespoons of Virgin Coconut Oil on the bottom of the feet will help your child at his/her bedtime. Peace & Calming is also that-- peaceful and calming.

Be sure to only use Young Living Essential Oils because they are pure and won't cause burning or other bad effects on your child. Some essential oils can cause very serious problems because they use solvents to distill them cheaply and quickly. Only use the best for your child!
